Our cooks support daily kitchen operations by preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food, works well on a team, and takes pride in delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to quality and presentation standards
Use prep time efficiently during peak and off-peak hours
Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and report supply needs to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Follow all Pub policies and procedures
St. Larry’s Pub is located on the campus of St. Lawrence College in Kingston and is open to everyone, student or otherwise. While the pub is owned by the Student Association and we always take a Students First approach to our business, we welcome all patrons whether student, college staff, or member of our community.
